How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £300 to addresses within the UK mainland. There is a standard delivery charge of £30 on orders totaling £300 or less.

How long is the delivery time?
We estimate four to six weeks for delivery from when you place the order.

The furniture I want needs assembly, how much will that cost?
This will depend on the particular product. When you select an item on our website and click the assembly option it will tell you the assembly cost. The price will vary depending on the particular item of furniture.

When will I need to pay?
This will depend on which of our two payment methods you choose. Payments made to us using Worldpay will be processed when your order is ready for dispatch. Payments made through PayPal will be taken at the time you place your order.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order by telephoning 01869 325669 or emailing us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com any time prior to receiving our notification that the item is ready for dispatch.

How can I find out if a particular item is in stock?
If you email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com, we will quickly confirm its availability.

How do I place an order over the phone?
If you email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com with your name and telephone number, Customer Services will call you back and take your order.

Where is the Bicester Furniture Studio showroom and how do I get there? The Bicester Furniture showroom is located at Bicester Avenue, within the Wyevale garden centre just off the A34, as you come into Bicester from the M40. Once you are parked, you will find us next to Pavers and Romans, to the right of the Wyevale main entrance.

Can you tell me the price of a particular item?
Our website shows all our current prices and offers.

I‘ve found Corndell furniture cheaper elsewhere, can you match their price?
If you email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com with your name and telephone number, Customer Services will call you back to discuss our pricing. We will always try to match any price that our customers find elsewhere.

How do I use my discount code?
If you have a discount code, you will simply need to enter the code when prompted during the checkout process on our website. The price will then be discounted in line with your code.

Can I have some fabric samples?
We we can arrange for these to be sent to you if you email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com with your address, contact details and the fabrics you would like to see.

Can I have some timber or paint samples?
We can arrange for these to be sent to you if you email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com with your address, contact details and the samples you would like to see.

My order has been delivered but I am unhappy, what should I do?
You should email us at admin@bicesterfurniturestudio.com with your order reference and telephone number so that Customer Services can contact you as quickly as possible.
